Read the GHN Return Policy. As our items are made-to-order (POD) and original works, all sales are final except in cases of manufacturing defects. See our full terms and conditions here.

General Policy: "Made-to-Order"
All items sold through this website, excluding original physical paintings, are produced specifically for you at the time of purchase ("Print on Demand"). Consequently, we do not maintain inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for "Buyer’s Remorse," including but not limited to:

Change of heart or mind.

Incorrect size selection by the customer.

Dislike of the artistic style or color variance (please note that screen calibrations differ; actual product colors may vary slightly from your monitor).

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in quality control. In the event of a manufacturing error or shipping damage, we will rectify the situation.

2.1 Notification Period: You must report any defects, damages, or shipping errors within 5 days of the delivery date as recorded by the carrier tracking.

2.2 Evidence Required: To initiate a claim, you must provide high-resolution photographic evidence of the defect and the original packaging.

2.3 Resolution: Upon verification, [Your Studio Name] reserves the sole discretion to provide either a replacement of the original item or a full refund.

Original Artwork (Non-POD)
All sales of original, one-of-a-kind physical artwork (e.g., original canvases, sculptures) are Final Sale.

Due to the delicate nature of shipping original art, we cannot accept returns once the piece has been delivered and signed for.

If an original piece arrives damaged, you must document the damage with the carrier immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
No returns will be accepted without a prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Unauthorized Returns: Any items sent back to us or our production partners without an RMA will be refused or considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

Condition: Authorized returns must be in "as-new" condition, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service; we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Refunds and Processing

Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Timeframe: Please allow 30 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exclusions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
GHN’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits or emotional distress) arising from your purchase or use of the products.
